30 Day Returns
If you decide you don't want any non-perishable items in your order you can return them to us within 30 days and we will exchange or refund for the item. Items must be returned in saleable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return if the item it is not faulty.
14 Day Returns (Coffee orders)
As our coffee is freshly roasted to ensure quality and freshness, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only. Products must be unopened and in resaleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged Products
Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items in perfect condition, if you do receive any items that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will happily organise an exchange or refund where appropriate.

Please include your order number when returning items by post. Once we have received the items, please allow between 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.
